No two are alike. We are referring to the white Binz villas and houses that were built between the late 19th and early 20th centuries and have become known as seaside resort architecture. It is a carefree mix of styles, ranging from classicism to neo-baroque and art nouveau. Typical features include loggias, bay windows, open balconies made of wood or metal, turrets, and filigree verandas.
